Exchange Policy

  • Which items can I exchange?
  • All items (except stitched products/clothing or designed on order) can be exchanged. To check which items cannot be exchanged, please call our customer care number on ______________. We are constantly working to include more and more products to our exchange list. Please note that “Mantraa.net’s Exchange Policy” does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Jewellery (sold by Mantraa Partners only).

 

  • Is exchange available in my area?
  • Currently exchange is operational in areas where we can arrange pick up. Please give us a call on ______________ to check if exchange is available in your area or not. We are working constantly to bring exchange in your area.

 

  • What items can I buy in exchange?
  • Any product/s (except from Mantraa Partners) can be bought in exchange. The final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

 

  • How soon can I expect the exchanged product?
  • Exchanged product is dispatched as soon as the returned item/s has passed product inspection. Generally we won’t take more than 4-5 working days after the inspection of returned item/s is done. In case of any unexpected delay, we will keep you informed by email and SMS.

 

  • Can I exchange my product for an item of lesser value? And Is there any exchange charges?
  • No, your exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value. There is no charge for exchange. All you need to do is to return the original item and exchange it for an item/s of same or higher value. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount by available payment modes. On products belonging to the Mantraa.net nominal shipping charges will be applicable. COD, Stitching and Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

  • Can I buy multiple items in exchange for a single product?
  • Yes, you can buy any number of items in exchange provided the final price of exchanged products should be equal to or more than the price of returned items.

 

  • Can I re-exchange?
  • If you are still dissatisfied with the product, you can again exchange the product for any item (covered in exchange policy).

 

  • Can I cancel the exchange?
  • If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch within 24 Hours at our Customer Care with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount in form of Mantraa Credits.
  • If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. Refunds will be processed as per our Return policies. Any Mantraa Credits used in the purchase of the Order will be credited back to your account.

 

  • Is exchange applicable if my delivery and return addresses are different?
  • Yes. Please get in touch with us if we can arrange for pickup in your area. Currently exchange in not operational in areas where we cannot arrange pick up. We are working constantly to bring exchange in your area.
