What is Mantraa’s Shipping Philosophy?

  • Mantraa.net promises to provide you with a best-in-class shopping experience at every step of the way. We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. We take pride in delivering on time, every time!! If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!

 

  • How long will my order take to arrive?
  • An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
    Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
    Delivery in 20-25 business days
    Usually your order should reach your doorstep within 20-25 business days from the time it was confirmed with us. In few locations, the delivery may take longer, depending on the accessibility of your location by our logistics partners.

 

  • Are there any shipping charges?
  • Mantraa.net offers very nominal shipping on most products in India. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy any product pricing more than $200 from our website.
  •  Please note that International shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery in National Region. This is a fee of USD 35 that we charge on all orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

 

  • Why is the delivery time different for different products?
  • Some products in our catalogue are directly shipped from our different partner locations. These are marked as “Sold by Partner” and usually take 15-18 business days to reach your doorstep.
  • Some products in our catalogue are heavy or bulky and shipped through our surface logistics partner. These orders may usually take 20-25 business days and their delivery may not be possible at a few select locations.
  • Some category items in our catalogue are made especially on your request and delivery would take longer than usual. Also, delivery may not be possible at a few select locations. Please read the details available on the product page carefully before placing the order.

 

  • Will I receive my multiple orders in a single package?
  • Your order may contain products marked as “Sold by Mantraa”, “Sold by Mantraa Partners” or “Bulky Item”. Each of these categories have different estimated delivery times:
  • All “Sold by Mantraa” products will reach you in a single package.
  • Each “Sold by Mantraa partners” product will reach you in separate packages and may reach you on different days.
  • “Bulky items” will reach you in a separate package(s).

 

  • Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
  • You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

 

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • Yes, we do ship internationally. For international shipping, you may reach out to us via any of the following channels:

How do I track my Order?

  • Emails are sent to you after the Order is shipped that contains the tracking number and name of the logistics provider. Visit the website of the logistics provider and enter the tracking number for your shipment details.

 

I used my tracking number to check the details my shipment but the information is not clear to me.

  • Courier companies use certain standard abbreviations and terminologies. Some of the most commonly used terms are explained below. If it didn’t answer your question please call us.
In transit Your order is on its way to your city
Out for delivery Your order has reached your city and we will attempt to deliver it today
Hold at hub We tried delivering your order at least once and we will try again in 48 hours
RTO in transit Your order was undelivered and is on its way back to our warehouse.

 

  • I should have received my order by now but I haven’t. What do I do?

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner’s site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.
